Role : National Head - Sales, Service & Spares

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability, meeting sales targets & objectives.
- Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure achievement of the sales plans and strategies.
- Formulate and implement the policies and guidelines for flawless functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and other customer touch points.
- Scan the environment to understand competitors' activities, demand supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
- Drive team to improve customer satisfaction through dealership's network. Evolve service process, procedures and policies to engage customers. Ensure service readiness for new product launch.
- Coordinate with all the support functions like Marketing, Finance, R&D and other stakeholders to achieve the desired results and targets/goals.
- Lead, Motivate & Manage team. Coach and review them to extract great performance.
- Market share growth - Strengthening & expanding distribution network.
- Identification & development of new markets. Establish new dealership network.
- Implementation of initiatives and Sales & Marketing strategies, Retail strategy and Institutional Sales.
- Establish CRM tools and systems.
- Cost Optimization in retail operations.
- Development of a market intelligence/ information system.
- Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates must have experience in the two wheeler segment
- 20+ Years of experience of handling Channel Sales, Dealer Development and handling large teams.
- Experience in handling high volume sales & large teams
- Passion to explore a high pressure, volatile, ambiguous start-up environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to multitask and deal with multi stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) + MBA (Marketing/Sales/Operations)
