Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having 15 -20 years of experience in driving/leading sales of Software Products/Solutions in Indian Market.
Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
Strong financial / business acumen.
Experience in managing large and diverse sales teams and managing the country
Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries
Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for India sales team
Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an IT strategy to meet those goals
Lead the India sales business and direct the sales organization to achieve volume objectives.
Plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.
