National Head - Sales - Security & Surveillance Products
Managing Channel and Project Sales for Security & Surveillance Vertical (CCTV, Biometric & Access Control etc)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Source, qualify, and manage: VADs (Value Added Distributors), Integrators, and VARs (Value Added Resellers)
Requirements :
- Hands on sales experience of Security & Surveillance Products in India
- Previous working experience as a National/Regional Sales Manager for 3-5 Years
- 5+ years of experience in one of the following, Sales, Engineering, Video or Surveillance.
