Hiring for National Head Sales - NRI Vertical - Mumbai

Job Description

- Responsible for driving NRI sales for Investment products (Equity / Broking / MF/ Insurance and Home loans / Real Estate advisory) through all group companies & branches

- Responsible for gaining market leadership & ensure best in class service to customers in the NRI segment

- Establishing new channels for NRI business like overseas alliances / Rep Offices /JV / International branches/ Call centre / Digital Acquisition and drive sales through these channels.

- Responsible for driving NRI NTB acquisitions across non NRI dedicated channels including Branch, Partners & others.

- Actively engage with the all acquisition channels to sales numbers and portfolio quality

- Responsible for revenue generations and profitability

- Driving product penetration and cross-sell initiatives for NRI business

Skills & Experience prefer

- MBA/ PG with 10+ years of work experience in NRI Banking or NRI investments or NRI Remittances

- Prior experience in Acquisition / channel management / relationship management and handling large cross functional team

- Understanding / Domain expertise of NRI Business

- Strong analytical & execution skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to drive sales through cross functional teams.
