National Head - Sales - Industrial Product

POSITION SUMMARY

The job holder is responsible for driving significant revenue and profit growth through effective management of sales & marketing activities for Industrial Division in India.

The DM is expected to plan and execute strat so as to meet/exceed revenue goals by initiation of GTM, product mix, sales alignment in line with country's growth strategy. The associate will be responsible for managing gross profit margins for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulates and executes competitive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company divisional directives to achieve short and long term revenue growth, ensuring that goals are consistent with Organization vision and mission.

2. Responsible for all product segments in the Industrial division

3. Directly responsible for managing division's top line revenue and gross sales margin. Accountable for managing all aspects of sales administration and sales staff planning.

4. Collaborate with product managers and distributors, assists in developing relationships with customers maintaining a professional standard that is consistent with company corporate policy and procedures.

5. Supervises the negotiation of the strategic planning process and the annual operating plan; work with Country Manager and Marketing Manager, sales staff, product management, and senior management to create strat plans.

6. Work with finance to set annual commission/remuneration plans.
