National Head - Sales - Healthcare

We are looking for a Strategic & Hands-on Professional who can head the Sales & Distribution function.

The role would be a part of Top Management team and Management Committee which strategically steers the Company for growth and evolution. It would thus involve an active contribution to all areas within the Company

The Key Area include:

- Corporate & B2B Market prospecting & Sales and meeting monthly and yearly targets

- Exploring and closing deals with Strategic Alliances for Distribution, Branding, etc.

- Managing these strategic relationships to ensure business volumes from these channels

- Use various forms of Digital Marketing for the acquisition of new customers

- Grow the sales team across the country and target various regional markets and market segments for product growth and penetration

- The individual would require interacting with Senior/ Mid Management within Corporate

- Manage the P&L for the function viz. sales, product pricing, cost of acquisition, product utilization, resource plan/ productivity, etc.

- Experiments and Foray into Retail/ Individual market and building on this channel of distribution

- Identifying and shortlisting partners for Retail & SME expansion. Further, it would require managing DMA/DSA to ensure business volumes from these channels.

- Work closely with Product Development Team and IT Team to help evolve the product and target new market opportunities

- The position would require travel across the country within Metros and beyond

- It would also involve interacting with existing and new Institutional Investors in the market
