National Sales Head
- The NSH is a critical leadership position focused on accelerating the growth of content subscriptions across digital television.
- The role stipulates high octane energy, a strategic bend, scrupulousness and being decisive.
- The position requires an experienced individual who can build-retain-foster our family of Last Mile Owners, devise a competitive approach to driving the revenue, be a motivator to self & the others, tech-savvy and, last but not the least, a visionary to cash in on emerging opportunities for growth.
- The position sees a revenue portfolio management of more than Rs. 500 Crores annually and will report to the Chief Operating Officer career image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive the revenue targets & growing the Y-O-Y yield across the Indian Subcontinent.
- Identify strategic alliances at regional level to create value for customers and drive growth in the subscriber base.
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage teams across the regions.
- Encourage and drive cross sales.
- Identify the pain areas at multiple levels and develop sales strategies basis these and current trends.
- Identify marketing opportunities and guide development of the Brand Promotions & regional events.
- Be a proactive interface to the entire digital media ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- A Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration coupled with extensive and pan-India sales experience (B2B & B2C) of minimum 15 years, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Sales experience in FMCG sector or in Digital Media space is highly preferable.
- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives and the Management's vision.
- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication.
- Must be proficient at analysing data, building reports and making the strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple business projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Proven success record of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meeting sales targets consistently.
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- A good presenter, a good negotiator, a motivator, possess a strong grasping power, tech- savvy, have an excellent verbal & written communication skill.
- The position is based in Mumbai but may entail frequent travel.
