National Head - Sales
The National Sales Head will have the opportunity to revamp the entire sales organization and set new processes/procedures that would drive the sales growth. We are looking for 12 to 15 years of relevant industry experience from NBFC (SME Lending Background preferred).
Job Description :
- Identifying new business opportunities, geographies, and customer segments, and developing Strategic and operational plans for capitalizing on the same.
- Build & fortify sales team, plan distribution strategy, and develop a presence for the company in key target markets.
- Strategically plan, develop and build strategic tie-ups. Developing & implementing effective sales strategies, using Market data, trends to establish sales goals.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with teams to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Enable to work in business expansion on PAN India level.
- Establish policies as per the business trends and requirements.
- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
- Determine on- going product evolution/development priorities
Desired Skills:
- Master degree in any stream from recognized institutes; MBA's will be preferred.
- In depth knowledge SME business
- Must have an existing network of Enterprise / Startup / MSME relationships. Ability to on-board, nurture and maintain relationships MSME customers along with retention responsibilities with quarterly & annual targets both on on-boarding new Business & generating revenue
- Must have a proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders / Business Owners in Corporates/ MSME business to source and retain business.
