Role : National Head - Sales - Auto Component

Looking for Graduate / MBA qualified with 15 Years experience in auto component sales.

Should have minimum 4 years experience in Management position.

Brief JD :

- Managing sales operation of the brand as whole.

- New Business development in Export and OEM segment.

- Export Sales - African countries, Middle East and Asian countries.

- OEM sales - Managing customers in 2 / 3 wheeler industry

- Strengthening replacement / secondary sales market.

- Managing state heads across India.

- Ensuring profitability of the business

- Coordination and management of marketing activities.

- Managing promotions and schemes for dealers and distributors.

- Recruitment and training of sales team.
