National Sales Head (Aftermarket Division)
Department Name - Sales Spares
Job Location - Gurgaon
Reporting to - CEO - Aftermarket Division
Team Size - 120 Nos in Sales Department with 4 Regional Managers and 18 Branch Heads
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure Growth and manage All India Sales Operations. To Achieve the Annual and Quarterly Sales Targets as per the budget.
- To finalize and execute the Sales Policies and Strategies to achieve the Short term and Long Term Sales Growth Plans of the company .
- To be a mentor and Lead team of Highly Motivated Sales Team on All India Basis.
- To Maintain Healthy Business Relationship Management with Existing Channel Partners. To identify Strong and Weak markets and appoint New Channel Partners, where ever required.
- To plan and exercise control on all cost heads related to Sales functions like Travelling, Schemes, Sales Promotion and to ensure achievement of the Profit targets.
- Sales MIS and close reviews with Regional Sales Team on their weekly and monthly progress
- To ensure collection of Payments as per the Payment policy of the company.
- Should have exposure to Purchase, Finance, Quality and HR functions.
Sales Demand Forecasting:
- To Demonstrate Leadership in Line with Lumax Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Passion and Excellence
Experience:
- 18-20 years of relevant experience in Managing After Market Sales Operations of Reputed Auto Component Company.
Qualification:
- Desirable -Post Graduate in Business Management from a reputed Institute. Preferably - BE/ B.Tech
Skills:

Specific Requirement:
- Experience of handling After Market Operations in any Automotive Component company is a must.
