Role : National Head - Retail Broking & Online Broking Business

About the Hiring Organization : Client is a home grown stand alone stock broking setup and provides financial and institutional brokerage services. The Company offers commodity, currency, and stock brokerage, mutual fund distribution, depository, investment advisory, business restructuring, debt syndication, online trading, and other financial services.

Location : Mumbai

Reporting : MD & CEO

Responsibilities :

- Lead the pan India retail broking business for the firm that is spread across 60 odd cities with a team of 250-300 relationship managers

- Drive the growth and expansion plans, both from a manpower perspective as well as geographic perspective

- Responsible for the manpower budgeting and sales planning for the country

- Develop the tech and non tech product capabilities on the broking platform

- Drive profitability at a RM, Branch Manager and Regional Head level

- Build relationship with regulatory bodies and ensure necessary compliances

- Setup and build the online stock broking business from scratch

Candidate Profile :

- 15-22 Years of pure retail stock broking experience in the Indian market

- Should have zonal or national level leadership experience in the broking industry

- Ability to understand technology and digital businesses
