Company: NBFC  Job Title: Head - Business Development / Relationship (National Role)  Product: Secured Loan (Working Capital, Term Loan, Bill discounting, Business Loan )  Reporting to: CEO  Responsible for:	Zonal Heads - 04  Main Responsibilities:	  - Responsible for development of business strategies of the company   - Responsible for driving the Business Development effort with a view to grow existing business and establish new market  - Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies to assist company in attaining revenue goals and creating Brand awareness   - Responsible for assessing current market trend and giving suggestions for product improvement / new products development based on company’s risk appetite  - Responsible for preparing target Market list within Company Policy  - Responsible for developing business plan and reporting performance to Management  - Responsible for building a high energy professional team of relationship managers  - Responsible for setting targets and management of sales effort to meet or exceed business goals  - Responsible for bringing on profitable relationships and business that meets or exceeds the company's credit standards  Additional Responsibilities:  - Liaises closely with Risk, Legal and Operations departmental Heads and ensure that the documentary standards are satisfactorily fulfilled   - Interacts with external business community to promote company and business  - Responsible for market intelligence regarding factoring, Trade Finance Products competitors and related activity   - Advises company management as to industry information and trends  - Responsible for pricing and structure of deals. Uses technologies to create an efficient and effective new business and marketing effort  Position Requirement: Preferred: Post Graduate Business Degree/CA  - Experience in a high energy environment of sales and marketing.   - Experience should be in service relating to trade finance, commercial banking or working capital lending activity.   - Extensive experience on the asset mobilization side in SME Sector.  - Should have proven leadership quality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
