National Head - Property/Facilities Management

Currently working on a National Head- Property/Facilities Management role for an International Property Consultant, position based in Gugaon, India.

- Looking for Professionals who are currently working outside India, any nationality and have good experience with international developers / MNC service provider for building management of high-end office building, township, shopping centres, residential environment will be preferred.

- The company would prefer Expats who are willing to work in India.

Main Purpose Of Job:

Transfer & Implement International best practices in asset management services to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of real estate assets for the benefit of the tenants, end-users, owners and the community by directing, advising & training the companies asset management team deployed at Client for there commercial, residential & retail portfolio in India across multiple geographies.

Education, Qualifications & Experience Level:

- A Bachelors degree in business Administration, real estate Management, building engineering or
similar discipline is a must. Professional accreditation like RPA, LEED, OSHAS, CFM, CISSP or MBA
specializing in Real Estate, will be a plus.

- Minimum 16 – 18 years work experience in management of large scale International assets / townships / gated communities/ iconic high-rises / facilities management is required.

- Strong financial acumen is required. Experience of managing asset management budgets / P&L Internationally across a property portfolio in excess of min. 30 million sft. Is a must.
