National Head - Projects - Construction Business

- Will be responsible for the construction of cold storage space, understands types of cold storage services required as per client's requirement. This is an individual contributor role, will be gradually building his or her own team.

- Experiences building cold storage automate facilities preferred.

- 10+years of experience working in commercial construction industry.

- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.

- Estimate project from beginning to end including all trades not limited to: Panel installers, refrigeration, fire sprinklers, electrical, plumbing and general construction

- Coordinate all activities with architects, engineers, and city personnel as needed to get the jobs started

- Maintain well run and fast paced projects with excellent organization and supervision

- Assist in overseeing all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation & completion per plans

- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to build.
