The National Head role for Partnership business at P2P is responsible for setting up the vertical and scaling up the business. The role also entails putting together the go to market strategy, forging key alliances and ensuring that economics and scale to make it a significant business contributor.
The National Head would work with his/her team to identify and engage with prospective partners of large scale. The National Head would also closely with product, digital and marketing teams to create competitive proposition for the partners and their customers.
This role would directly own the business, revenue and profitability targets through this channel.
Experience Level
Experience- min. 12 years' experience of handling large partnerships in fintech, capital market, brokerage segments with domain knowledge of financial products and deep understanding of the business. The nature of partnerships would be of larger scale like wealth management firms, large financial product distribution organizations, brokerage platforms, fintechs etc. So a thorough understanding of the business models of the partners, connects with key influencers in these organizations is a must.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for strategic alliances and make P2P lending a key offering in the partner's bouquet of offerings to their customers
- Drive deep integrations with partners that would provide seamless experience to the customers to experience and invest through P2P lending
- Develop the roadmap for scale of P2P lending business through partnerships - key proposition, product construct, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships and alliances, customer segmentation & GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations and marketing teams.
- Manage business scale, revenue and the P&L for the vertical
