1) New/Upgrade Product Releases:
- Implement SBU new product marketing strategies
- Coordinate and generate Media communication activities
- Provide consulting support in determining and executing appropriate levels of product launch Events
2) Marketing Communication:
- Provide recommendations to enable development and execution of communication for new distributor rebates
- Develop and execute positive Environmental communication
- Provide consulting support to enable the development, customisation and execution of Business tools
- Assist in the coordination of Distributor Conference presentations
- Provide consulting support to enable customisation and translation of local Product Literature based on regional template
- Provide consulting support to enable Sourcing and distribution of Premiums
- Provide consulting support to enable maintenance of local content on Country Internet Site
3) Sales Forecasting:
- To determine and coordinate accurate and appropriate Stock levels
- Provide consulting support to enable accurate sales forecasts to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Logistics
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts
4) Manufacturing:
- Provide consulting support to enable coordination of production priorities with the factory
- Ensure get their fair share of production
- Provide consulting support to enable reviews and monitoring of product cost
- Provide consulting support to SBUs to enable coordination of product trials
- Review and recommend capital projects in conjunction with regional SBUs
5) Profitability Management:
- Recommend pricing strategies for existing/new products and segments
- Provide consulting support to enable monitoring and review of product cost and pricing
- Recommend sources for existing/new products are the most economical by maximising assets
- Implementation of the product portfolio (mix) to support business strategy
- Provide consulting support to enable analyse of market Segmentation to develop recommendations
6) Brand Building:
- Develop and execute local promotion activities, in consultation with the SBUs, to drive brand awareness and loyalty
- In conjunction with Regional SBUs, develop and execute local Media strategy
- Ensure all customer facing materials (including Packaging and Literature) are in line with "One Voice" policy
- Manage appropriate Trade Shows to build leads, sell product and improve market credibility whilst maximising return on Trade Show expenditure
7) Strategic Planning/Budgeting:
- Assist in the development of the annual country budget
- Assist in the development of the 5 year country plan
- Communicate market trends and industry changes
8) New Product Development:
- Provide consulting support to recommendations of new product ideas to be forwarded to regional SBUs
- Recommend enhancements or changes to existing product offerings
9) FORCE:
- Review and monitor all costs and make appropriate recommendations
