Achievement of revenue goals through Investment Product sales Team & Branches
- Ensuring growth of AUM's are per objective set
- Strategy formulation and implementation along with various branches and egments
- Work with fund houses and central support team on product structuring and positioning
- Work with teams so that all channels deliver desired productivity
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Work closely with RM team to acquire new relationships for the bank
- Portfolio construction and review for clients at a desired frequency
- Key Skills
Strong technical understanding of capital markets
- Ability to manage and motivate various channels to contribute and overachieve targets
- Strategize / plan focus areas for the months /quarter given market circumstances
- Meet HNI investors along with team to provide technical inputs
- Revenue focus and orientation
