Request Other Candidates Refrain From Applying - Oversee management &amp; maintenance of commercial properties across the country. - Budget preparation &amp; control, estimation of the maintenance charges for new &amp; existing projects - Take initiative in coming up with innovative solutions to attain - best-in-class statuses for assigned properties - Oversee performance &amp; payments of existing vendors Operational - Drive national level tie-ups with key service providers &amp; facility management companies, define the vendor selection framework and ensure implementation of the same across regions - Define standard operating procedures for management &amp; maintenance of properties, including service levels &amp; standards - Define the escalation matrix for properties across regions - Establish Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix for the function - Oversee &amp; manage performance of the general facilities and the branded amenities service providers &amp; vendors across all projects - Support the Regional Head-Property &amp; Asset Management in soliciting bid proposals and coordinating execution and performance of contracts for a variety of services including landscaping, cleaning, security, preventative maintenance etc. - Work closely with Property Management, Property Accountants, Leasing, Construction, Asset Management vendors and consultants - Conduct periodic site visits to assess condition of properties and to ensure that maintenance is being performed according to set standards - Identify and address issues and problems related to life safety, liability, and potential negligence situations that could impact Owner, its contractors, tenants and/or customers - Formulate MIS Reports for the Management - Conduct periodic reviews with Regional Head-Property &amp; Asset Management, identify concern areas &amp; provide solutions to address the same developmental - ISO recommendations &amp; re-certifications - Recruit and manage regional teams and evaluate their performance
