To create strategic partnership with all functions that cater to innovation such as Design/ Packaging /NPD/ TPM/HSE & IT
Develop a Business case, budget and timeline for every innovative project execution.
Develop the concepts into design, workflow, planning, scheduling & implementation including the training needs.
Innovative knowledge sharing across the organization and its replication.
Prepare short term (1 Year) & long term(5 Year) strategic plan for innovation.
Develop teams across multiple discipline
Tap the opportunity across the company's functions
Training plan for innovators
Link 5 year plan with business needs and its impact to the organization
Budget & phasing of implementation plan
Periodic reporting to the Leadership team
Periodic review & course correction base on business needs
