We have very urgent position in one of Semi-durable organization across the following location --
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai
OFFERED CTC - ( negotiable ) + incentives ; depending

POSITION - National Head - Ecommerce business
REPORTEES : 6 direct.
REPORTING - Sales Head
SPAN OF CONTROL - pan India ; Corporate profile
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE:-
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive strategy and business development for increasing the Ecommerce platform .
- Should be able to successfully spearhead brand alignment with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra etc.
- To be able to set up growth vision by clearly defining brand positioning, price laddering & service level deliverance
- To create engagement in digital marketing plans to ensure maximum brand visibility on platform.
- To drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, reduce delivery costs; and led efforts to expedite vendor sign-up process.
- To define strategic intent of the ecommerce business vertical; devise short and medium-term plans to boost adoption of current product mix and drive topline growth.
- To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of Ecommerce business of the brand.
- To review the analytics/MIS shared by platforms & leverage the information in accordance with brand strategy.
- To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.
- Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing base and ensure tactical measures are taken as and when required.
- To develop promotional campaigns and offers across the year to achieve the sales targets.
- To work closely with support teams (Finance, Marketing, and SCM) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives for the ecommerce business.
Quantitative: Achieving sales in line with target
Qualitative: Experience understanding customer needs and business
- Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills
- Strong presentation, analytical, negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
REQUIREMENTS ( Important ) :
Experience
Technical: Should have 8 -15 years of experience of handling Ecommerce domain in consumer durables organizations.
Managerial: Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / ecommerce market knowledge, leadership skills.
Job specification
Job knowledge: E-Commerce operations, Online platform management
Additional
- Attributes : Self driven, Good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities. Ability to take initiative and work independently, as & when required. Must be above board in terms of financial & personal integrity.
- MBA preferred.
