National Head Digital Mortgage Operations with a leading NBFC

- Responsible for engineering processes related to Underwriting, Fulfillment and Life cycle servicing to match the end-to-end digital process business model of the co.Direct

- Main objective will be to achieve STP (Straight Through Processes) by automating process maximally for Self-service by Customer or Remotely assisted by centralized center, with minimal branch/local operations

- Execute the credit, operations and service lifecycle with optimal cost & effectiveness to deliver a low cost operating model, core to the business model of the Co. Direct.

- Experience of having leveraged technology & analytics for achieving Underwriting and Operations KPI's

- Strong exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in Unsecured and Secured lending

- In-depth Knowledge of Business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Lending sector in BFSI segment

- Thorough knowledge of Unsecured and Secured lending products like Personal Loans and Mortgages along with Value added distribution products
