National Head - Credit - Loan Against Property - NBFC

National Credit Head: VP Level

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Ensure proper underwriting framework with system controls are in place (for unsecured & secured loans against property).

2. Preparation of Risk & Credit Decks on monthly basis.

3. Managing OTC and PDD to build robust automated processes.

4. Ensuring periodical audit and updation of the underwriting processes.

5. Ensuring that credit exposure complies with credit policies, procedures, standards & required capital provisions.

6. Sounding off credit risk issues to the management on regular basis.

7. Responsible for Credit AUM Pan India.

8. Responsible for internal audit and assurance practices.

Eligibility:

- 12 or more years in underwriting for LAP, as a product, with last 5 years in leadership roles

- Understanding/knowledge of governance practices, internal control systems & ability to monitor risk management activities/programs (and implementation).

- Extensive awareness of risk finance & risk control concepts.
