National Head - Corporate Sales - Digital Division - Newspaper

Division for one of the largest Regional newspaper group of India based at Gurgaon.

We are looking for a National Head - Corporate Sales Digital Division for one of the largest Regional newspaper group of India based at Gurgaon.

JOB DETAILS :

Location : Gurgaon

Role : Corporate Sales - Pan India

Education : MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution

CTC : As per Industry Standard

Industry : Media ( Regional Newspaper)

Exp : 10-15 years professional experience in Digital marketing with media exposure in sales. Multi-media online, branding projects/ campaigns handling exposure for TV or digital can be preferred.

Reporting Matrix - Reporting to Metro Business Head

The primary responsibilities are as below, but is not limited to :

- Digital Marketing, Internet Ad Sales, Mobile ad Sales, SEO, SEM, P&L Management, Strategy & Directions, Capability Building, Brand management, Strategic Planning, Business development, Market Research, Change Management., 

- Promoting the retail digital advertising concept as well as ensuring business volume, revenue maximization in retail segment, Partnerships Alliances, New Channel Development, Digital Sales, Online Branding, Promotions, B2C Marketing, Client Relationship Management, 

- Devised web-marketing strategies that will elevate brands from relative obscurity, forging strategic alliances.

- Driving revenue and growing profits in competitive markets Proficiency in managing AOP, P&L, Top-Line, Key Sales and Product Metrics to improve revenue pendency's.

- Single-handedly managed end-to-end large deals and drive CXO level interactions with customers and agencies 

- Steered digital marketing with focus on rapidly improving online B2B generation.

- Identify gaps in market opportunities.
