National Head Collections - Mortgages - Small ticket LAP

Looking to hire for a well known NBFC

- Manage a team of collection specialists from HL/ LAP segment

- Consistently in achieve recovery and collection targets

- Closely monitoring of customer portfolio and performance of team

- Devise strategy for collection and recovery

- Consistent and effective follow up and negotiation with the customers.

- Participate in governance meetings and ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards

- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation

- Automate and digitization in various process associated directly or indirectly with collections.

- Plan, strategize and execute effective legal remedies for resolution from NPA accounts

- Use Business process re-engineering to challenge status quo and improve efficiencies in collections processes

Should Have :

- 12- 18 years of total experience

- Strong understanding of collections for Home Loans and LAP

- Knowledge of Field recovery, Tele-Collections, Vendor Management, Fraud Management, Fund management, analytical skill, Bucket collection management and Legal Collection Management

- Experience of managing high bucket and tough cases
