National Head - Collections - FinTech Startup

We are looking for a hands-on & analytical senior collections leader to setup and lead the Pan India collections team from scratch.

- Setup and manage relations with collection agencies Pan-India.

- Setup and lead multi-hierarchy tele-calling as well as field collection teams

- Setting up fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios

- Responsible to track & control Pan India delinquencies- bucket-wise & DPD wise and as well as focus on non-starters

- Coordinating and liaising with the legal team to ensure legal action is taken on required cases

- Give pertinent data backed feedback to the credit team to help improve the credit policies and overall company NPA

- Manage the NPA as well as cost of collections metrics for the company

This role would report directly to the founders and would have significant visibility to company's board and investors.
