National Head- Business Development- OOH Media
Location : Mumbai
Report into CEO
- Will lead the Regional Teams
- Only Candidates with OOH Media experience will be deemed fit for this role.
Desired Profile : New Business Development, Client Retention, Team Building, Create & Execute Innovative Campaigns:
Areas of Responsibility :
- Retain & grow existing business & add new clients
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Build relationship with top spending clients and facilitate Co.'s participation in the various OOH Media pitches called by the Cos. on pan India basis.
- Plan preparation inputs and work with team to develop proposals that meets the campaign objectives and secures the business.
- Follow the reporting process in the Co. as required by the Management and from the team under him/ her
- Work with marketing and PR Team to ensure value add mileage from each campaign
- Focus on developing Innovations, be they creative or media usage, to create differentiation in the campaigns executed by us.
- Motivating the Regional teams to enhance their performance for self development.
Other Focus Area Priorities :
- Networking, Prospecting,, deploying the Research data for the clients- benefits, negotiating and business closing Skills, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Professionalism and CRM
