About our Client :

Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Retail Banking professionals for their Branch Banking segment.

Job Description :

Reporting to the MD, you will be required to:

- Setting up the consumer and branch banking practice for the country

- Planning and driving overall business performance the branch channel

- Driving workforce efficiently and ensuring optimum resource allocation through setting up the branches, selecting locations, setting specific targets in the targeted geography

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 13-20 years of experience in Retail Banking Business. You will have in depth understanding of retail banking products. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Experience of setting and scaling up businesses in banking will be a plus.
