National Head of Sales

For an online broker of luxury real estate we seek :

- A seasoned B2B Direct Sales Head with experience in closing mid-large ticket deals with property developers and lending institutions that manage its client real estate assets.

- Exceptionally strong corporate networks within: 1) the ownership and/or C-suite of large real estate concerns; and 2) within the Management of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) or Asset Management (AM) Teams at banks will prove to be the strongest validation criteria.

- A postgraduate qualification in Business Management (PGDM/MBA) from one of the country's leading Management Institutions is an absolute prerequisite.

- Ability to indirectly manage large teams of upto 100 people will be crucial to success in the role.

- Willingness to travel extensively (upto 70% in any given month) for Client Relationship Management and Business Development across the territory of India and South Asia is a strong requirement.
