One of the leading publishing house is looking for a Head - National Sales to lead their growing business. The Head - National Sales will have advertising sales account for the company. Both Ad sales &amp; Brand Solution (including Content, Display &amp; Media) will be the accountability of the National Head. He/she will be an entrepreneurial, results-driven and strategic sales leader with an established track record of leading successful sales teams. The ideal candidate has a deep network of contacts on both the client &amp; agency side, and strong understanding of custom solutions. Candidate should have handled or at present handling a business volume of about 10+ Cr per annum The Head - National Sales Will -&nbsp;Report to the CEO - Drive continued direct sales growth and new business opportunities for Patrika Digital - Recruit, manage, and develop top calibre digital sales professionals - Support the sales team when it comes to facilitating their efforts both internally as well as among senior level client and agency contacts - Strategically identify opportunities for both growing existing accounts as well as identifying new opportunities - Maintain an active presence in the market through sales meetings - Build and manage internal team processes and pipeline to reach, and ideally exceed revenue goals - Work closely with the creative and product teams to continually enhance the value of products and services offered to clients Qualifications Of The Ideal Candidate - Highly motivated, proactive leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to win - Digital Media background with outstanding track record leading successful sales teams - Strong understanding of the India marketplace and established relationships with clients and agencies in major markets - 10+ years experience in advertising sales/account management, preferably from Digital media/publishing - Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to develop strong client relationships
