- Lead hub sales leaders in achieving hub sales target (get and grow)
- Formulate and execute sales deployment strategy for the hubs: resources, location, return of sales investments
- Focus hub sales team into market/client segments as identified in the 3-year strategic plan
- Strict compliance to standard sales process including bid review/approval process
- Enable sales leaders in coaching and managing their sales individuals
- Devise metrics to analyse sales performance by channel, region, territory, type of account, customer, sales staff etc
