- Lead a large team of professionals to achieve economic objectives revenue and profitability
- Manage operations to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Manage commercial performance to maximize compliance, account retention and opportunities
- Build relationships and work with our clients to add value to their business, retain existing accounts, and develop additional opportunities
- Deliver with the support of marketing the unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life; and more generally work closely with the support functions and service operations teams
- Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work well in autonomy
- Commercial acumen (operations, finance, risk management and contract management)
