Role
The role of Director Employee Benefits is to build and grow the Employee Benefits specialty in India and in alignment with the specialty structure of the Group.
- To meet financial targets and people management responsibility of approx 180 people
- To lead the Vision & Strategy of the Specialty in achieving longer term strategic objectives for the business
- To determine & manage the Regulatory, Risk & Compliance and Operating framework & Controls of the Specialty in line with operational and service delivery model
- To work along with the CEO & members of the Senior Management for the delivery of financial balance of the organization
Reporting
The position will report to the CEO. The role will be based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
To meet financial and operational targets
- Create & Manage the P&L & B-Plan for the specialty with a longer span and focus of 3 years.
- Allocate financial responsibilities appropriately within the business.
- Build a competitive Value Proposition.
- Anticipating and Preparing the Specialty & the Organisation for future business trends and exigencies in the Organisation & in the industry.
- Determining the measures of productivity for servicing model having a direct correlation with cost saving measures
- Engage and collaborate with the global business leaders and senior internal stakeholders
Involvement in achieving longer term strategic objectives for the business
- Active Engagement with ARC and Board
- Ensure succession plans are in place for key resources
- Facilitate carrier relationships with oversight of maximizing the yield for the Organization
- Build a network of relationship with Key Prospects and Clients
- Strategize to have formidable & banner clients
- Contribute to the brand building of the Organization by collaborating for Marketing & Communications initiatives
- Build presence in digital and print media
- To meet R&C and regulatory requirements
Take action to address relevant audit, compliance frameworks and compliance concerns
Ensure that changes in requirements are communicated, analyzed and implemented promptly

Education & Experience
- MBA
- Overall 15+ years of exp in Sales & Marketing with at least 7 years at managing Pan-India role.
- Strong process and controls mindset.
