National Credit Manager - Home Loans & LAP - Rural Banking

Job Description :

1) Be the key person to Credit Head and work with him/her in planning and executing the Credit Strategy in Rural Banking vertical specifically in Housing Loan and LAP

2) Other than HL & LAP, an organization is currently having products suites like Micro-Enterprise Loan, Two Wheelers Loan, Affordable segment Home Loans and LAP, Commercial Vehicle, Gold Loan, etc.,

3) The Current Area of Operations is established to majorly with Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Orissa, etc.,

4) This product line will be expanded as the organization grows; the incumbent is expected to work closely with the Credit Head and other key stakeholders to drive Credit Policy.

5) Portfolio Review and Performance management: Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of Portfolios.
