- This role entails management and maintenance of the quality of the credit portfolio pertaining to education loan portfolio from origination to collections while ensuring alignment with IDFC First credit risk appetite and the overall credit strategy in order to minimize problematic accounts and losses to the bank.

- This role primarily has end-to-end accountability at the pre-sanction phase of the loan, but is a part of the loan life cycle post disbursement in case of delinquency.

- It is a highly specialized role with interactions with key stakeholders and is a vital contributor to the organization's overall profitability and health.
