Position : National Credit Head (MSME Business Loans) Base Location : Mumbai Education Qualification : CA/MBA (Finance) is preferred. Other Graduation with good level of relevant experience can also apply. Preferred Industry Experience : NBFC experience in handling credit underwriting of loans to MSME customer segment Desired Experience : Relevant credit assessment experience of 10+ years of which at least 4+ years specifically dealing in Unsecured Business Loan (BL) product to MSMEs with an exposure to at least two out of three geographic zones (West, South and North Zones). MSME LAP experience is not mandatory but will be considered an added advantage. Role : 1. Establish credit framework and qualification rules for applicants 2. Ownership of credit evaluation and recommendation 3. Expert knowledge of industry specifics and market trends 4. Working on new credit monitoring measures and credit triggers and their tracking 5. Monitoring and proactively highlighting risk in the loan portfolio or the borrower base 6. Ensuring that approvals are taken as per policies laid down and that internal credit processes are not violated 7. Focus on keeping portfolio delinquency within permissible limits 8. Team handling Skill Set : 1. Analytical bend of mind & strong judgmental attributes 2. Strong communication skills 3. Very high level of ownership 4. Self-starter + Initiative-taker 5. Focus on meeting deadlines
