National Co-Ordinator - CR&S - UDUPI

Designation : National Co-Ordinator-CR&S

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE :

- Coordinate the CR&S Division in the company project location

- Support Head- CR&S in designing the Road Map for CR&S initiatives of the Company in India

- Implement all activities on field in coordination with other departments.

2. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB POSITION

- Post Graduate in MSW/ Rural Development /Social Sector

3. KEY TASKS /RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB POSITION

- Field Level coordination and implementation of different projects and activities like Health camps, school projects.

- Manage a small team in future and ensure the deliverables. through supportive supervision

- Designing Formats & questionnaires and able to carry out small surveys in community

- Able to do research and analysis and take out results from ground.

- Carrying out CR&S initiatives in health, education, livelihood and Capacity Building

- Work on Women Empowerment Projects and have strong understanding of Women Self Help Groups.

- Designing training modules and hand outs and able to do trainings.

- To do Regular Monitoring of the work being done and take corrective measures.

- Support CR&S department in Designing Budgets and Proposals when required.

- Represent and liaison with Government counterparts as and when needed.

- Regular communication and coordination with Head- CR&S o n a day-to-day basis and ensure that deliverables are met.

- Solution oriented approach and do innovations on ground.

- Documentation and reporting

- Case studies and other documentation

- Information and knowledge about IFC Environmental and Social standards .
