Job Role: National Collection Manager
Job Location: Ahmedabad & Mumbai
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- For unsecured products, such as credit cards, personal loans, and other comparable offers, develop and implement collection tactics to maximize recovery rates while reducing losses.
- Oversee a group of managers and collection agents, offering direction, instruction, and performance monitoring to guarantee goals are reached or surpassed.
- Making utilize technology and data analytics to optimize collecting procedures, spot trends, and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work together with cross-functional teams from risk management, operations, and product development to minimize credit risk and continuously enhance collection tactics.
- Monitor portfolio performance and generate useful insights to inform choices and enhance strategy.
- Ensure compliance and efficacy by staying up to date on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in collections management. Make adjustments as needed.
- To enhance the customer experience and expedite collection operations, use digital technologies and automation.
- Get ready to provide senior management with reports and updates on projects, trends, and collection performance on a regular basis.
- To expand your network and increase your knowledge, you will take part in pertinent industry forums, conferences, and seminars.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics). Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in collections, recovery operations, or a related field, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing collections teams and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies, methodologies, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders
