National Collection Manager - Commercial Equipment/Commercial Vehicle - NBFC

Responsibilities:

1. Actively monitor the portfolio and develop processes & procedures to control delinquencies & NPAs

2. Build and develop measurement standards to improve performance and operational effectiveness of the collections team

3. Ensure appropriate and timely legal action on delinquent cases

4. Read and review portfolios with respective RCM's/Cluster managers/collection managers and agencies and provide constructive feedback of the portfolio and recommendation for policy revision wherever appropriate based on the experiences/learning from handling of delinquent cases.

5. Ensure collections are being managed properly; determine appropriate corrective action to take when confronted with accounts receivable discrepancies; take initiative to assure that corrective action is completed including personal visit of high POS cases in default.

6. Systematically identify area / activities whether the chances of having delinquencies is likely to be high and issue suitable actionable accordingly.

7. Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with all the departments to ensure collective efforts towards maintaining portfolio at its best.

8. Give the team timely feedback about current situations and market updates so as to drive the organization in the correct direction.

9. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of collections managers so as to ensure time & cost-effective actions in appropriate cases as well as reduction in product wise NPA for the year

10. Lead and supervise the collections team for the implementation of a recovery agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies

11. Ensure compliance to all Audit / Regulatory institutes as well as policies and procedures of the company.
