- Structural resolutions on cases in soft bucket

- Late payment charges collection

- Technical bounce resolution

- Credit cost control as per plan

- Adherence to Collection policy and processes

- Track competitors, conduct benchmarking and propose Industry best practices & process improvement

- Ensure regular training to team members
