General Description
- Responsible for running channel partners loyalty/engagement program with an objective of business growth.
- Design the Brand Franchisee plan as per channel budget & design initiatives to achieve them.
- Analyzing various channel engagement programs and developing a strategy to improve the performance.
- Creating business dashboards along with business insights and micro level inferences leading to business growth
- Implementation of Channel Communication strategies to ensure improved efficiency, feedback, faster download of important information up to the last mile of the channel.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
- Trade Marketing and Sales & Project management
- Business Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence - ability to analyze large data and draw logical inferences from the same
- MS Excel Expertise, Excel Macro, Trend Analysis
- Excellent Relationship Management & Cross Functional skills
