National Business Manager - SME

Location - Chennai

Reporting To- Group Head-Inclusive Banking

Job Description-

- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets

- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Will be responsible handling team of ZSM/RSM in the SME Segment.

- SME Segment: Rs 10 Lacs to 1 cr Loans

- Products: Working Capital, Unsecured Business Loans, Merchant Receivable Loans, SBLC, Term Loans, CC, OD etc.

- Will be responsible for P&L of the entire SME portfolio

- Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of SME division.

- To achieve financing and income targets

- To provide inputs and creative solutions to maximize opportunity, effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets

- To evaluate and document partnership, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately in an account plan

- Keep up to date with developments in the different Sector e.g. news and competitive activity
