Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Building multiple acquisition channels lowering the cost of acquisition
- Transforming the customer journeys and experience with digital transformation
- create disease packs and treatment productisations with strong sales funnel for each product
- Increasing business by increasing outreach through Digital and non-digital media
- Partnerships and alliances to create patient funnels
- Exploring opportunities for growth in international markets via partnerships and know-how alliances
- Automating the work flow to bring in Digital Transformation of the entire organisation with a view of increasing productivity and scale. Unlocking unlinear growth potential
- Creating user journey mapping and enhancement to deliver and improve the patient outcomes and satisfaction scores
- Strong P& L focus
- Creating a business case and implementing network expansion (franchisee / doctor franchise / owned / master franchisee)
- Setup, structure and expand the business in preventive care segment
- Increasing the share of lifestyle product sales through the telemedicine and clinic channels
Desired Profile
You must have the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to lead with proven experience of scaling a business, in high, service & customer-driven industries. Skilled in managing multi-functional teams, coaching them for achieving business and individual goals combined with strong analytical, decision making, negotiation and change management skills.
