- Conceptualizing, Formulating and implementation of effective Marketing & Sales Operations in line with banks strategies
- Responsible for business development and implementation of business plans to achieve targets as per the agreed budget.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets in terms of Sales, Marketing activities and Provisioning.
- Responsible for monitoring competition, business mapping and designing counter sales strategies.
- Overseeing complete business operations including profitability, Business forecast both monthly / annually.
- Evaluating marketing budgets periodically, executing the same very judiciously, and strictly adhering to planned expenses.
- Steering credit and collection team for healthier business to maintain excellent portfolio quality
- Working closely with Product team to evolve profitable products, make proactive course corrections in existing products in case of bad experience in any specific segments
- Conducting portfolio analysis to maintain healthy portfolio for Business Banking division
- Monitoring and evaluating portfolio behaviour and initiating appropriate actions in coordination with the legal team
- Setting up process controls along with Operations, Credit & Risk to ensure seamless support to Asset branches
- Manpower planning, Hiring and setting up necessary distribution network
