Position: National Business Head - Enterprise

Reporting to: Director - Sales & Marketing

Key Purpose of the Job :

The National Business Head will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for Enterprise & Govt customers.

Leading and driving achievement of sales plan, increase in market share, and building brand are critical to the role holder.

Educational Qualification / Experience required :

- Graduate degree in Engineering, additionally Masters in Business studies in Sales & Marketing

- Experience of 15+ years in Enterprise / SI / Govt.

- Should have knowledge and experience of Storage / AI Solutions / Networking / Infrastructure / VC / etc

- Should have experience / knowledge of working with large International companies suppliers & Buyers

- Should have experience in managing Sales & Pre Sales team

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for devising and developing long, short term sales plan and strategy in alignment with business strategy

2. Manage End to end from Inquiry to Order execution and sound commercial understanding

- Collaborate with team and identify target market shares for the verticals; based on market analysis, sales budget and company's vision for growth

- Based on market intelligence devise strategies to identify product groups / segments having more potential

- Collate market information on competitor products, market share, market value and other activities

- Identify new markets / industries / areas for extending reach and penetration

- Bid submission and Techno Commercial negotiation

- Stay up-to-date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and determine new opportunities, new applications, product variation, etc.

- Oversee the successful launch and introduction of new Solutions

- Ensure a long term view and factor in contingencies in planning

- Track, monitor and ensure accounts receivables (AR), as per schedule

- Review inventory levels at warehouses and ensure optimum level is maintained
