The company is operating its state of art manufacturing facility from Raipur Chhattisgarh with current production capacity to 20 lakhs sq feet per month. With 11 company owned depots, company is selling its products across 12 states of India currently.

Reports To : Director- Sales

Job Description

National Business Development head is responsible for creating opportunities for sales team to close bigger and larger deals. He/ She shall also forge strategic alliances with large construction groups/ builders/ architects/ corporate to get large scale orders. He/ She shall also get company as part of Central government and various state government panels.Job responsibilities:

- Designing and Deploying Business development strategy

- Ensuring govt agencies like CPWD, DMRC, NBCC, Various state PWD's to come on board

- Creating contacts with large private players in commercial construction spaces

- Creating contacts with large corporate with retail presence

Experience: 5 - 9 years

Education: Minimum Graduate with MBA preferred

Industry Background Needed: Should be from building material industry with contacts in the customer segment

Additional mandatory skill required:

- Good communication skills

- Good negotiation skill
