We are currently hiring a National Account Manager for a Leading Telecom Firm that is renowned for its multi-cultural work environment coupled with enormous amount of opportunities to grow within the organisation.
Role purpose:
- To acquire new accounts of Global Enterprise customers.
Job Description :
1. Responsible for the in country acquisition of Global Enterprise accounts and delivery of profitable, long term business of those accounts into this organization.
2. Ensures delivery of all financial targets including gross margin, cost to manage, cost to connect, net assets, turnover, operational cash flow and average revenue per user ( ARPU) and account (ARPA).
3. Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from existing customers.
4. Works collaboratively to provide direction on the service relationship for nominated accounts.
5. Provides inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services to customers.
Key Essentials :
1. Experience in solution sales and relationship management.
2. Proven results in successful account acquisition and development in a multi-national environment.
3. Experience of identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer- centric solutions with an international context.
4. Ability to work and manage in an ambiguous/changing environment.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently.
6. Technical sales background preferable.
