About the Company: We are India's leading political consulting organization working with a National Political Party on strategizing and operationalizing various political campaigns and initiatives, with an established track record over the last half a decade. We have helped a National Political Party win electoral mandate at the state level in multiple recent state assembly elections in India and are working on various initiatives for upcoming 2019 General Elections. The team has the experience of working on several successful political campaigns across the country at both the state and national levels. About The Role: The Digital Advertising Specialist role will be responsible for optimizing and implementing paid advertising efforts in search, display, social, and new emerging avenues. This role will continually build, test, and tweak campaigns to maximize effectiveness by having an intimate understanding of the underlying data. Position Requirements: 1. Develop, manage and implement paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns 2. Build and support new ad campaigns in multiple geographic locals 3. Monitor and optimize to increase impression share, quality score and additional key metrics that support daily and monthly budgets 4. Communicate campaign results and support the development of strategies and tactics to achieve Digital Marketing goals 5. Contribute to the digital innovation of the marketing unit as a whole 6. Identifying opportunities for improvement work with team members to implement learnings through various touch points 7. Create and implement campaign tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance 8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies in paid search, display, social marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying 9. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs Competencies: 1. Must possess strong analytical and research capabilities 2. Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort in manipulating large volumes of data 3. Ability to perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for PPC and contextual channels 4. Prior experience in digital advertising preferred, but not necessary
