Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, manage and implement social, paid search, display, and cross-channel retargeting campaigns - Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs - Monitor and optimize campaigns to increase CTR, CPC, conversion rate and additional key metrics that support daily and monthly budgets - Create and implement campaign tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance - Communicate campaign results and support the development of strategies and tactics to achieve digital marketing goals - Contribute to the digital innovation of the growth unit as a whole - Identifying opportunities for improvement of work with team members to implement learnings through various touchpoints - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies in paid search, display, social marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying - Perform digital advertising audits - Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a periodic basis - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities Requirements: - Proven working experience in digital marketing - Must possess strong analytical and research capabilities - Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort in manipulating large volumes of data - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Google Analytics experience a plus - Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
