Nation with NaMo is India's leading political consulting organization, dedicated to providing high quality professional support for political campaigns. In this capacity, we have been fortunate to be a part of the momentous election campaigns of 2014, 2019 and various other state elections. Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers and ensure optimal electoral results.

In today's world, an important role in shaping the thinking of all individuals. It is a crucial lever in both politics and governance. We are looking for a Consultant who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionables to the team and the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Monitor social media activities of the client and the competitive landscape

- Create models/templates for analyzing social media performance data

- Prepare insightful documents/presentations based on this data for creating social media strategy for clients

- Effective designing, implementing and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process

- Strong problem solving skills

- Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint

- Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights

- Strong written, communication and presentation skills.

- Passion for politics and marketing

- Drive to make a large scale impact in the field of elections and in democracy

- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and ensure smooth inter-teams coordination

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree from a leading Indian / International education institution.

- Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either Strategy Consulting firms, Digital Marketing firms, product or growth focused roles or similar experience in the relevant sector.

- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the consulting industry or digital marketing firms.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheet
