Job Description:-
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned stores.
- Set up and manage distributor and supplier relationships
- Drive & Manage Revenue Growth, Annual Sales Budget & Sales Planning
- Sales Strategy covering Volume, Value, Channel, SKU & Pricing mix
- Plan Trade Promotion & BTL Marketing campaings & Sales Team Management
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new market opportunities
- Manage team of City Manager / Unit Managers, Store Managers, Business Development and operational staff to deliver the overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with market changes and ensure sales team members
Desired Candidates
- Degree in Engineering from premier institute or MBA from Tier 1 / 2 B School
- 15+ year experience in Sales & Operations, having managed large business verticals independently in a retail / fmcg business
- Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills, with independent ownership and result orientation
